Privacy and personal data
Public copilot and interactive examples
The public documentary copilot searches published service content in your browser. Your question is not sent to COPERNIC or a model provider, and is not retained after leaving the page. Interactive examples use synthetic data without connecting to SAP. With audience consent, fixed usage steps may be measured; questions and answers are excluded. Contacting the team remains a separate, voluntary step.
Who handles your information?
COPERNIC · Registered office: 14 rue Bausset, 75015 Paris, France.
Business offices: Lyon, France.
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact COPERNIC: [email protected].
When you contact us
The guided contact form sends your answers, contact details and business context to the COPERNIC team when you submit it. They are recorded in our CRM to prepare a relevant discussion and follow up on your request. You may also contact us by email.
Depending on the enquiry, this processing supports steps you request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Only provide information needed for the enquiry; do not send sensitive personal information.
Retention: Unsuccessful business enquiries are retained for three years after the last exchange with the prospect, then reviewed to delete information that is no longer needed. An internal record update does not extend this period. Information required for a contract, a legal obligation or a dispute follows its own purpose and retention period.
Access is limited to authorised COPERNIC staff and the providers needed to deliver these services.
Providers and locations: o2switch hosts the application and data in France. Cloudflare protects the site and routes traffic through its international network. The ERP scanner does not call an external AI provider..
International transfers and safeguards: Cloudflare’s international network may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Its data processing agreement describes applicable safeguards, including transfer mechanisms and standard contractual clauses. Contact COPERNIC with questions about this processing..
ERP friction scanner
The scanner runs in your browser, without an account or an external AI service. Its multiple-choice answers are not sent to the CRM until you choose to submit a contact request. You can read and download the results without providing an email address. Reloading the page clears the answers.
Requests from LinkedIn and editorial content
Links shared in a publication may contain a campaign identifier and a content identifier. These identifiers and the public landing-page path can travel through our public links without a cookie or browser storage. When you voluntarily submit a request or an application, they are attached to it to understand which content brought you to COPERNIC. We do not collect your LinkedIn browsing history, contacts or private messages through these links. They do not activate advertising or marketing consent.
A submitted assignment proposal creates a CRM file and a follow-up task. Partnership requests remain in their dedicated queue, and applications go to recruitment. These routing steps do not constitute a commercial acceptance or a hiring decision. Attribution follows the same access controls and retention rules as the request or application.
Your application
The careers form sends your professional profile, contact details, motivation and PDF CV to authorised recruitment staff. Applications are linked to the selected vacancy, or recorded as spontaneous applications. No account is created and no hiring decision is made automatically. We use this information to review your application and take the pre-contractual steps you request.
The retention period configured for the selected entity is shown before submission. Joining the talent pool for future opportunities requires your separate, optional consent. You may withdraw it by contacting the address above. Submission does not subscribe you to recruitment campaigns or newsletters.
Cookies and technical data
Google Analytics measures selected public information pages only after you accept. You can refuse or withdraw consent using Cookie choices. Form contents, Scanner answers, documents and private areas are excluded. With consent, fixed codes also measure the steps reached in public journeys, without answers or contact details. Your choice is kept for six months. The copernic_public_language cookie remembers an explicit language choice for one year. The host may process IP addresses and technical request logs to operate and protect the service.
Audience measurement and cookie choices
Technical log retention: Website application diagnostic logs managed by COPERNIC are retained for a maximum of 180 days, with daily rotation and removal of expired archives. Network and security logs managed directly by o2switch and Cloudflare follow their processing terms and the periods needed to protect the service or meet their legal obligations; these logs are not covered by COPERNIC’s application log rotation. Contact us for details about your personal data.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
